Data Processing Agreement

The final agreement depends on the product configuration, customer role and event workflow.

When Camp-Planner processes personal data on behalf of a customer, a GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement is supplied during onboarding. It describes instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance with data-subject requests, deletion or return of data, audits and international transfers.
