4. Recipients and transfers
We use service providers for hosting, source control, forms and meeting booking. The current categories and locations are listed on our subprocessors page. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we require an applicable transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Enquiries and pilot applications are reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymized when they are no longer relevant, normally no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless an agreement or legal obligation requires longer storage. Consent records are kept while needed to document the consent.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
